1. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
   •    Cancellation Requests: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 9266212266
   •    Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available under the following conditions:
   •    If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of payment and before the first issue is dispatched.
   •    If your magazine is not delivered due to an issue on our end (e.g., incorrect dispatch).

2. Damaged or Missing Issues
   •    If your magazine is damaged during delivery, you can request a replacement at no additional cost.
   •    If you did not receive an issue, notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll ensure a replacement is sent promptly.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
   •    If the subscription has already started and the first issue has been dispatched.
   •    If the magazine was not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during subscription.
   •    For personal dissatisfaction with the magazine’s content after receiving it.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at office@thesiriusacademy.com with the following details:
   •    Subscriber name and contact information.
   •    Subscription ID or payment receipt.
   •    Reason for the refund or replacement request.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website announcements.
